1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elevra platform, including the website at elevra.dev, all associated APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Elevra (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. About Elevra
Elevra is an AI-powered interview coaching platform designed to help job seekers prepare for professional interviews. The Service enables users to:
- Upload or paste their CV/résumé and a job description (JD) to receive role-specific AI-generated interview questions
- Practice answering questions by voice in a simulated interview environment
- Receive automated scoring and feedback on STAR method structure, clarity, confidence, and filler word usage
- Obtain a hiring probability score and detailed improvement suggestions, including rewritten model answers
- Track performance history and identify knowledge gaps over time
The Service is intended for self-improvement and interview preparation purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use Elevra. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least the applicable minimum age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You are not located in a country subject to an embargo by your jurisdiction that would prohibit your use of the Service
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service for a violation of these Terms
4. Accounts & Registration
Certain features of the Service require you to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@elevra.dev
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization, or use automated tools to create multiple accounts.
5. User-Submitted Content
The Service allows you to submit content including CVs, résumés, job descriptions, text responses, and audio recordings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Elevra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service
- Pass your content to AI processing providers (as disclosed in our Privacy Policy) to generate coaching output
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content; (b) the User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) the User Content complies with these Terms.
We will never use your submitted CVs or JDs to train AI models for third-party benefit without your explicit written consent.
6. Voice Recording Consent
By using the voice interview feature, you expressly consent to the recording, processing, and transcription of your audio responses for the purpose of delivering coaching feedback.
You acknowledge that:
- Your voice responses are recorded and transcribed using automated speech recognition technology
- Transcriptions are analyzed by AI to generate performance scores and feedback
- You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the voice feature; text-input alternatives may be available
- You must not record or include the voice, likeness, or personal information of any other person without their consent
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on any feedback provided by the Service. Elevra does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for how you use and apply the feedback provided by the Service in real-world interview situations.
8. No Outcome Guarantee
Elevra does not guarantee employment, interview success, or any specific career outcome.
The hiring probability score and performance metrics provided by the Service are illustrative estimates based on the data you submit and AI analysis. They are not predictive of actual hiring decisions, which are made by employers and may be influenced by factors entirely outside our control (including employer preferences, market conditions, and candidate pool).
We make no representations that improving your score on Elevra will result in obtaining employment or performing better in real interviews.
9. Plans & Payments
9.1 Free Tier
Elevra provides a limited number of free sessions (currently 2) without requiring a subscription. Free tier features and limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
9.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. All billing is processed through our payment provider, Polar (polar.sh). By purchasing a plan, you agree to Polar's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
9.3 Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase for subscription plans if the Service has not been substantially used. One-time session packs are non-refundable once sessions have been consumed. To request a refund, contact support@elevra.dev.
9.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice of price changes before they take effect on their next renewal.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or AI models of the Service
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or related networks
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written authorization
- Submit content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or our team
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated content produced by the platform (excluding your User Content), is and remains the exclusive property of Elevra or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial interview preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at support@elevra.dev or through the account settings page. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately
- Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule
- No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time beyond our standard refund window
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevra and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of employment, income, or career opportunities
- Loss of data or User Content
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated feedback or scores
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Elevra in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevra and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
