1. Overview
Elevra (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an AI-powered interview coaching platform accessible at elevra.dev. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
By accessing or using Elevra, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Full name and email address
- Password (stored as a cryptographic hash — never in plain text)
- Profile preferences and plan/subscription status
2.2 User-Submitted Content
To generate tailored interview questions, we process:
- CVs / Résumés — uploaded documents or pasted text
- Job Descriptions (JDs) — text describing the role you are applying for
- Company names and role titles entered during session setup
This content is used solely to generate relevant questions and feedback. It is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
2.3 Usage & Session Data
- Interview session history, scores, and transcripts
- Feature interaction logs
- IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Timestamps of logins and key actions
2.4 Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Polar (polar.sh). We do not store your credit card number or billing details on our servers.
3. Voice & Audio Data
Elevra records your voice during mock interview sessions to analyze your spoken responses. By using the voice interview feature, you explicitly consent to this recording.
Specifically, we:
- Record audio responses during interview sessions
- Transcribe your audio into text using automated speech recognition
- Analyze transcripts for STAR structure, filler word frequency, clarity, and confidence
- Store transcripts and derived scores in your session history (not raw audio files by default)
Raw audio files are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly enable session replay in your account settings.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your opt-in consent, nor do we sell or rent your personal information.
